The land in my area for 375-410sqm is between 138-145k. The design from statesman I like is from 130k. Meaning house plus land is approximately 265-270k. While I’m still to have an appointment with statesman and get an itemised quote, what’s the chances with me keeping to s strict budget. and keeping the price under 310k. Reason I ask is I’m worried I’ll go over. Has anyone got and kept to the price they stated? Builder is quoting 2500$ laying cost for upto 10msq. The 2 pillars come to be 16msq.
