Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jan 29, 2019 3:28 pm it seems no matter what thread or sub section you read it is very very rare to actually have anybody that actually ends up paying a list price which leads to a question,is these listed prices actually possible to achieve,when you look at any builders ,mostly volume builders with a particular house price,who or how many actually achieve these prices if its even possible. Also, you would need your site conditions to be as listed in the fine print. Usually M class slab etc. So I reckon it's possible but not desirable. I'm sure some have, especially landlords who build a basic house simply for the rental market. In fact, I've seen some rental properties where the finish is so basic, I wonder whether they've asked for standard inclusions to be taken off to cut more corners and save more money...
