Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 12, 2018 9:08 pm Hi, I have a block that is a bit under 2 acres. I don't really want a block this big anymore but love the location we are in. So I was looking at the section 32 to see about subdivision. It says that the block cannot be subdivided under .4 hectare without reticulated sewerage connected to both blocks. Does this only mean the town main sewerage line? Or can it also mean something like a super-treat system? Thanks in advance for any advice Re: Any alternatives to subdivision reticulated sewerage cla 2Jun 13, 2018 12:19 am Normally means connection to the town system.
