A bit confused about storm water and what is included it says on the quote “storm water (to kerb) Hse<170m2, incl. flex connections, Bldr’s std - (Allowance) - $2200. Anyone had any experience with this. Does this mean that all the storm water is included?
This is with Fairmont.
