House total area is about 360sqm. Have been told it's an M class site however with a 700mm sand pad it will then class as an S classed site. We know we are up for between 15k and 20k for the septic, however just nervous about the cost for the sand pad and any other surprises we should factor in. Spoke to one builder and they are estimating 110k which just seems ridiculous as others are saying 60k is about what to expect. First time builders looking to buy a plot at Darling Downs 'The Acres' on the next release and found this to be my burning question while trying to budget. Has anyone on here got any further info on this as we would really like to understand ball park figures for site costs? - 4000 m2 block - Standard Farmhouse range selection from one of the big builders (300+ m2) I'm not sure what else is relevant to ask? Any help here would be of great value to us... thanks in advance. I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13107 Is anyone building with Mojo and have a recent site cost tender 0 15954 Henley should give you some indication of site costs.
