I would expect a standard depth cabinetry of 60cm or more so that you can hang up your clothes with full size hangers, and a walkway of around 90cm to walk around freely, and open up your wardrobe doors (unless of course they're sliding doors, or have no doors at all). At least 800 walkway, ideally 1000mm for it to not feel tight. Longer the walkway is the wider you want it.
