NRMA Insurance - water damage to Laminex

About 4 years ago, we had some flooding in our bathroom, kitchen, hallway and bedrooms. NRMA was great and everything was fixed ASAP and they replaced all the floorboards, carpet etc. We have just noticed that the Laminex panels and cupboards on our island bench are warped and swelling. Would this be related to the previous water damage? and if so, would the repairs be still claimable?
