Just seeking some advice on where to start when it comes to redesigning the floor plan of a house. We would like to flip a few rooms e.g. the only access to our backyard is currently through a back bedroom. This is our first home and I've got no idea where to start or how much to expect to be paying for someone to draw up a design. Please help!

Any quality builder can assist you, if you find one that does all trades inclusive, they will usually have someone that can draw the plans for you as well. You want someone who can project manage the whole process for you.
