Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jan 30, 2018 3:04 pm I am building a new home and chose Liquorice bricks with white mortar. Yesterday I noticed that there were contractors on site doing an acid wash and pressure clean. When I returned in the evening I was devastated to find that my bricks were severely chipped with the very noticeable red showing through each of the chips! Im not talking about a handful of chips but literally hundreds. The builder has acknowledged the damage but wants to just get them re-coloured so the red isnt visible but the chip will remain. Is this fair? In some cases the chips are as big as 20 cent pieces! Help, I dont know what to do and feel as though I am a female they are just walking all over me. Thank you.
