We currently have a 3br 1bath brick lowest in Brisbane. We've got 2 kids and another on the way. The house is fine at the moment but will be too small for us in a few years. We want to look into the feasibility of extending out vs up vs selling and buying something bigger. It's hard to get anyone to seriously look at the situation when it's not something we're going to do right away. But basically if we decide selling is the best option then we don't really want to do anything more to the house or yard to make it perfect for us.
Is it ok to post a pic of our floor plan and ask if anyone has any ideas about where an extra bed and bath could be added without looking tacked on? We have managed to speak to a second level specialist who's going to come out next week for a quick chat but I'm pretty sure this will be the most expensive option of the three.
Any other ideas for things I can do now to get some direction on what will be best?
