Showroom people were nice & friendly no issue with the showroom. she was very rude tone, no welcome conversation or explanation. She stops me a couple of time while I am trying to ask her something. At one point she told us rudely, You better look for your porch tiles better than standing here while I am working on calculation. Come on we are not your student or waiting for the freebie. We are spending thousands of dollars and we are your customer so treat us with a bit of respect. I would leave if I was building myself as my builder use Beaumont I couldn't walkway. Dear Consultant Lily B**IC please be courteous and respectful. We are with you for 2 hours and you made our whole day sad rather which could be excited and enjoyable experience. I recently ordered two laminate benchtops (not for a kitchen, to sit on some cabinets, long story) from a do it yourself kitchen company. Anyway the day I went in to order, the guys were great and really helpful and though I had to wait to speak specifically for one as the other was just filling in, I still had a good experience. However, when I went back to pick them up a few weeks later one of the guys was there but the other person - who served me that day - didn't crack a smile, spoke to me quite rudely, basically indicated that she thought I was stupid for not bringing a trailer (I have a 4WD that has fit bigger things in it before) etc. I tell you, if she had been there the day I went in to order, I daresay I would have walked out and gone elsewhere. And she was the salesperson!! It amazes me who you have to deal with sometimes.
