Also there is plenty of metadata, apps & Spreadsheets online. once you have determined the amount you need to spend on the development to turn a profit then reverse engineer the total Co$T into build elements, get a sketch, quants and apply realistic data and build costs. You can also make extra money by doing some of the work yourself....
