Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 01, 2017 4:11 pm Hi all, I'm currently building and it's the first ever home I will own. I'm looking for some advice as I feel as though our builder is taking advantage of my lack of building knowledge. The build is currently a month over the allowed 210 days, with at least another 1-2 months to go. They have claimed many rain days but have recently claimed an additional 5 days even though the house is past lock-up stage and works can continue inside. How do I go about disputing this? And what are my chances of success? Re: Help!
