Many thanks to all the contributors who took time and effort to share their journey with everyone . They don't even know how much that information is helping but rest assured it is adding to our knowledge base. So a big Thankyou. My dilemma so far . Started visiting display homes 6 months ago after numerous visits and discussion I shortlist sheridan 34 from clarendon . I was ready to sign when the sheer arrogance and know it all attitude of a sales person made me abandon the quest. Few weeks later i started my search again and finally have shortlisted two designs . Benham 30 from Rawson & Glendale 34 from Metricon Now my Lot has 15m Frontage and 35m Depth . So Benham is 20m in length and Glendale is 16m , so if were to build a granny in future I am not sure if Benham can pass that test . I want to know what you all think in terms of overall length of the house and leaving space for the granny.
