Just wondering if any one can recommend an Independent Building Inspector In Melbourne?
There appears to be a few around unsure what qualifications i should be looking
for,
Does a building Inspector have to be a licensed / Qualified Builder.

Does a building Inspector have to be a licensed / Qualified Builder.
A building inspector most certainly has to be licensed but if you are actually thinking of a building consultant, they are not required to be licensed nor have any qualifications in Victoria. You need to check their qualifications carefully...or are you thinking of a building surveyor?
