We want a herringbone design which we understand is a little more effort and there will be more wastage. The floors will be completed post hand over. Most vendors I've contacted have included with their quote: - installation - glue - moisture barrier - skirting installation Wanted other people's experience as to whether we should be asking any other questions or making sure they include or cover other tasks that we may not be aware of.
