Thought I had actually posted this few days ago, but cannot find the post?
Just wondering what everyone's build time is, that has been written into their contracts?
Looking for someone who has a two story 4 bedroom home to compare times.

Generally the builders keep it at their own terms 12 months, plus land bought in some of new estates have conditions of starting build in 12 months or should complete in 12 months. But I am not sure you can ask the builder to limit it to 12 months as per your terms. I think it works both ways.

Of course it works both ways, its a negotiable contract between two parties.
I have seen contracts for single floor dwellings anywhere from 210 days to 320 days.
I'm trying to get some feedback relative to the original post, I have not mentioned 12 months anywhere.
