I doubt there will be a problem if I connect drain hose of washing machine directly with under sink drain. I might need to buy a adapter or something. can anyone shed a light? Maybe it off-sets the pressure ? By looping I mean first around the down pipe then up and onto the connection point. Probably more here better knowledge than me tho ... A washing machine drains a huge amount of water and requires a drain of at least 60mm with a long drop and a trap.
