Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Sep 02, 2017 12:12 pm Hi, We have bought a block of land which is downward sloping (1:6m fall) and we are trying to understand roofing options that will handle the SE QUEENSLAND deluge, but also if it leaks we prefer pitched roofs so you can keep an eye on roofs and leaks. I find a skillion roof doesn't really have this ability. The issue is with a two storey house on piers and height restrictions (7.5m) I don't really know what roof type is a fit and how the roof and house would fall with the block. Looking for ideas.
