She justified it as goodwill believing that a company wouldn't scam her etc. After pointing out multiple issues to the company, they said that they will reform a new contract with the correct conditions, which never happened. The 2nd part of our issues are that many of the variations were also done very unethically, an example would be requiring us to pay for certain fees before the task was completed or completed 100%. (I know this is very specific, but we have evidence on many other tasks much like this slacked off) After this we entered a court case (we have tried to allow NSW fair trading to mediate in the past, but nothing changed), however our evidence wasn't fully credible as in it wasn't signed by the JP, and thus ruled our claim over the overpayment invalid. As you know, after that we are required to pay for court fees, however we were allowed for a round 2 at the tribunal, this time to prove we were right the first time and not needed to pay for the fees.
