hi all i just found out off our builder they probably won't start construction until January still waiting on surveys and engineer report firstyle are very slow and soil test .they said there is a four week wait on engineer still awaiting drawings will keep you posted on our progress

Has your builder submitted the DA to council for you? I contact with our builder, they said they are still waiting for authority approvals from council. I am sure for that they have not submitted the DA for us yet, they even cannot provide a site plan for us to apply construction loan. I will update my progress here.

Our plans are in council we have done are colour appointment and booked in to do lighting and electrical soon too .

Depends on council but i thought it would be about 6 to 8 weeks. There are 2 houses that have started in Brianna st which is near James.

Visited the site on Saturday, 7 houses have been started to construct now, 3 in Brianna St, 3 in Jessie St and 1 in Riverstone rd.
