Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jul 28, 2017 10:22 pm My build has just started and I have been thinking about extra, unforeseen expenditure at the end of a build and was wondering when you have a boundary fence on a corner block (along a lane way) is it my responsibility to pay for the fence or is the developer responsible?
