Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jul 27, 2017 10:14 pm So I was digging today because the landscape group put gravel over my future connection to shed (water and power) pipes. I found the pipes. It was very tough clay on top, but about 30-40cm down right next to the pipe it was so soft and wet that i didnt even need to push the shovel. It was not like this further away from the pipe, I tested. It also hasnt rained in weeks. The builder said they will look into it but are still wanting to go ahead with handover. This could potentially be big deal because the pipes are right next to the slab and under concrete most of the way.
