Re: Park Lane Springfield Rise 3Jul 29, 2017 6:08 pm We haven't decided and still doing our research on a builder. But, we're considering Orbit Homes. Any suggestion? Thanks. We made deposit to Lend Lease in Park Lane stage 9. Lend Lease said, it'll be ready by October this year and ready for construction in November. Hopefully, soil test will turn out to be good. All the best on your new house! I've seen the floor plan and it's awesome! Oh okay, well we've gone with Valeco Homes - the main reason was that they could do custom floor plans, but we found the sales guy really helpful and their turn key pricing/inclusions to be quite good too. Our soil test came back as H2, which isn't amazing. But I've heard others have had good reports, so I guess it's a bit hit and miss. Thanks so much! Just too damn excited and want our build to start already, bleh! Haha Probably will be Sept/Oct when we start though.. Re: Park Lane Springfield Rise 5Aug 06, 2017 3:41 pm Just passed by in Springfield Rise in Park Lane and I can see some fences built. Hopefully, it is the Park Lane stage 1 or something else...? Re: Park Lane Springfield Rise 7Aug 30, 2017 9:10 am Hello Nasir. We're just going to sign the contract today and go from there. I'll update you with the result of the soil test. We transferred from park lane 9 to park lane 6 under CJ Homes. |
