Homebuyers Ultimate Bayview in Brabham - newbie needing colo

Hi everyone

Uh oh ... yep it's another post about render colours 😩🙄🤔

At the risk of boring everyone to tears, after relentlessly pouring over this forum for a good month or so I've finally decided to take the plunge and join 😊

My husband and I are very excited to be building for the first time - especially since getting our pre-start folder!!

This is what we are thinking so far:
Roof/gutters/fascia - CB monument
Front door - Solver "the new black"
Windows - pearl white
Garage door - CB surfmist
Paving - tundra
Feature brick - austral metallix "bronze"
Two course brick - shale (with off-white mortar)
Render - Solver "low cloud" ???

Would love people to weigh in your thoughts ... especially on the render colour because I'm worried it may need more depth, especially because our block is west facing and it will receive a lot of afternoon light - not sure how this will affect the colour??
