Seaford Meadows Footings

Anyone building down at Seaford Meadows on Black Lane? I have received my footings and it's come in at $7,700 more than the estimate.

More details needed before anyone could comment with authority.

Who are you building with? A lot of builders have crappy allowances, like $15,000.
My builder allows $34,000 so I got a refund of a portion of it.

Is your block sloped? Is your soil reactive? Are you single or double story? All those things make a massive difference...
