The services are water, sewer & electricity which are alreafy to the boundary but will need to be connected to the house. If so how much did it roughly cost? On an acre per metre isnt that much a factor. Water Polypipe, sewer pipe, electrical cable is fairly cheap, and a trencher can dig 50 metres in 30 mins easy. Costs more , but not an arm or a leg.
