Hi guys,
How long after getting your construction certificate does build normally start ?

Depends on the a whole number of factors, how busy the builder is, how much of the remaining pre construction stages (I.e clients selection etc) are required to be finished, what type of project (I.e Renovation or new build).

Short answer is they can start immediately after receiving a CC, but in reality it's totally up to the agreement and discussions you are having with your builder.
