I got my Tender with Rawson Homes. There are too much for Provisional Allowances such as $15,000 on Stormwater Connection, $20,000 on Acoustics Requirements, $15,000 on Piering to Slab etc. I wonder if I would be able to get those left money from Provisional Allowances as I am not able to know the exactly costs on those items.
Total Site and Authority Costs is $103,670 (Excluding demolition $35,000 and Construction Work Zone application fee $18,615). Would it be overcharged? My site is 15mx30m on a no-through road.
I wonder if 45 weeks to build Huntley 31 with little plan change.
Any comments and advices would be appreciated.
