Queue the newly found tin foil hat anxiety in me
I built a home with one of the big name builders ~ 6 years back
Recently, with a career changed i come to learn alot more about radiation, electromagnetic fields, EMF etc all as part my my inductions and training
Anyway general chatter around the room and the conversation got on the topic of homes and in particular homes where the meter box is on the outside of the master bedroom (which is really common these days with single story homes where the master bedroom is at the front, at least i think it is?? )
Anyway, My home is in that situation, Master bedroom with meter box on the wall that the bed head is on, the meter box is semi recessed and the lead in cable from the street comes up through slab and via the internal cavity. Unless you were running a single bed in the room there is no other wall that a bed could go on, the windows are floor to ceiling windows which makes it hard, the wall with the entry door isnt wide enough

Reading online of course there are lots of people/companies out there promoting this stuff, and even some that have products claiming to address the "problem" but there is also an comparative amount of articles online that say there is no evidence to support this and its not of great concern.
- Am I being too tin foil hat about this or should i look to do something about it? do i paint the wall in this EMF paint?
- Should the builder have advised anything in regards to this consider the room design only allows for the bed to be on this wall?
