The walls that have the damage are they in or sharing a wall to bathrooms or are they walls that back external walls where there is moisture? In the first pic it shows a pre existing patch where there is a fresh coat of paint over the top? Proving it was an existing problem. The member at the tribunal hearing the case will be fair and reasonable and from my experience this is an issue with the property and not a tenant damaging walls.
