I finally got an acknowledgement from builder that practical completion was reached on 3rd July 2017. This is for a dwelling that was handed over more than six months ago on 19th December 2016.
The saga in relation to 90-day maintenance continues. In the meanwhile when I opened up the switch panel, I found the floating neutral and earth wires as shown in the photo.
Does anyone know what the code says about floating leads behind plasterboard walls? I thought these are to be anchored to the switches and that's why the switches come with additional lugs for this purpose.
