I feel our ensuite toilet area etc can be a tad small. I feel ours could have been - maybe 30-50 cms wider. Also - the powder room - often forgotten - we don't use it - but I did the other day and wished I'd designed it better. Wasted space. Not enough "free" room for bigger people ("read" men). So - yes - a bigger door is good. We have an awesome ensuite in the main BR. Large and useful - but the toilet is in its own area within the ensuite and is not large enough IMO.
