Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Dec 04, 2016 12:06 am Am building a skillion roofed pine timber frame and hardie clad house on stumps in Augusta WA ...was wanting to know if the blue primed pine barge and fascia boards ( H3 treated and painted in light blue colour and made in Chile)which will hold the colour bond gutters and metal fascias should be reprimed and painted before the gutters and metal facsias are installed. The roofer has started to install the gutters ....will the wood rot under the gutters etc without this extra paint protection?The remaining visible section of the boards will obviously be painted by our painters.
