Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 21, 2016 9:23 pm Hi Guys I wonder if anybody has the similar situation where you receive gas bill from supplier during constructions? I have received the bill $173 from AGL that builder has organised on my behalf. Spoke to AGL and confirmed that is actual usage when they read the meter. I totally have no idea how and why there is even gas usage during construction. Have already emailed builder and still nothing heard back from them by now. Thanks in advance Re: Gas bill during constructions 2Nov 23, 2016 12:41 am I'd be the same. Maybe connection fees only? Ring gas company and ask? Check your gas meter and turn everything off and see I it's still ticking over so maybe there is a leak? Good luck! Re: Gas bill during constructions 4Nov 23, 2016 7:01 pm Beazley77 I'd be the same. I talked to gas company and they said they would soon send someone to visit my premise for another meter reading. I will check meter when I move in this Friday.
