Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 03, 2016 3:34 pm Hi All , I am looking at a house and the Sewer Cover was coming in to the Drive Way Path . This is a new House and the drive way is still not yet completed but I can see if the drive way path completed either it could have a slight turn to skip the sewer cover / the sewer cover will be in the drive way path . I am not sure how to add a picture here , I have the picture taken but not able to add it . That will give a better idea. I wanted to know a) Sewer Cover in the front of the house near Garage , what is the impacts / concerns . Is this normal to have the sewer covers on the drive way path . b) Will the Sydney Water / Council will have any problem providing occupation certificate / sign off if the Sewer Cover is in Drive Way Path / making the drive way a slight turn to skip it . I am new to Sydney and buying so not sure of these details and wanted to check with expereicned people here who might know details and any risks for me . Thanks , SydSR. The issue is where the sewer runs as this may prevent you building an extension at a later date. The Harder You Try - the Luckier You Get !
