I am looking at 2 houses .
Both the Houses are of same Land Size.
1st Home VS 2nd Home
3 Bed VS 4 Bed
2 Garage VS 2 Garage
2 Bath VS 2 Bath
No Alfresco VS Included Alfresco
No Additional Living VS Has an Additional Living Space ( 4m * 4 m)
More Empty Backyard VS Less Empty Back yard considering the 1st one . ( Due to additional house construction ).
The Difference of both the houses is 30k more for the second house . Both are on the same street .
My Purpose of the house is :
For now to live in . We are 4 People so both the houses are fine for me.
In Future if i am not in Sydney , wanted this as a resale / investment / rental purposes.
I can afford in terms of price both the ones . Is there any better resale , rental income for the second one considering the additional Construction ( 1 Bed More , 1 Alfresco More , 1 Living Space More ) .
Is it worth keeping 30k more for the same land with additional construction. ?
Can some one expereinced in Sydney Market / in general please guide me .
