Re: Sydney Geotechnical Engineers - Any recommendations? 3Sep 19, 2016 3:44 pm SaveH2O bg100 I have had a structural engineer look at the site last week and his only concern was getting the geo-tech side of things confirmed before starting to design. A structural engineer should know a geotech. Did you ask him? He has actually done most of his work with larger companies who have already organised their geo-tech reports etc. He is actually searching for one that can help him on smaller domestic projects in the area like mine and may have a contact he can refer to me, but I want to get a couple of quotes regardless so at least another two recommendations would be good. Thanks. I wish there was a youtube video explaining this concept. 10 27191 I’m not a structural engineer but I’m free. you still need an engineer for the plans. I only have part of your plans, but you seem to have a 850mm drop from the side… 3 9963 |
