Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Aug 06, 2016 1:00 pm Hello fellow members, Have got Master Builders building contract from our builder this week. I have gone through and read different clauses in it. What particularly want to know about is mention of brand and model numbers for refrigerated cooling, alarm system etc. as these are not mentioned in the contract very clearly. Does anyone has more idea on this and if this should be mentioned in crystal clear way?? Looking to build a home in VIC. Land titled in November 2017. Construction started in February 2018.
