Got contract from builder

Hello fellow members,

Have got Master Builders building contract from our builder this week.
I have gone through and read different clauses in it.

What particularly want to know about is mention of brand and model numbers for refrigerated cooling, alarm system etc. as these are not mentioned in the contract very clearly. Does anyone has more idea on this and if this should be mentioned in crystal clear way??
If it isn't in the contract . . then it was never agreed.

If you want a particular thing its best to make sure it is mentioned with sufficient detail that it cannot be mistaken.

Yes going to ask for more details tomorrow. Hopefully will be able to get more details included in the contract. It's only few items lacking details like model number etc. thanks
Our builder had drawings and specifications seperate to the contract; then each referenced the other - from memory annotations on drawings had precedence with ours.
