Hi Homeone,

Is there anyone on homeone forum that has purchased land in St Germain Clyde.

I would like to hear your feedback on the land and price.

I am interested in purchasing at St Germain.

I think they price it very well compared to the other states.I bought a land from stage 1(my land is with in 100m mark to the power lines but not facing the them ). im not too concern about it.

only set back is the development of Thompson road, due to that tittle date push back from Oct 2016 to Mar 2017
