Handover was 18 months ago and the manager of the company keeps stalling and is not repairing any defects. Now we have water leaking through the ceiling and down the walls creating mould. Can anyone help us as to what department to contact or what advice we should seek. Then see what or if you get a response and if that outcome isn't acceptable to you then lodge a official complaint with the VBA or consumer affairs. Assuming you are from Victoria, but wherever you are you can find the relevant building dispute/complaints organisation. Even calling Master Builders wouldn't hurt.
