Lucky me. wanted to buy in stage 3 or 4 But then they changed the plan to push brindalee park into east estate and also put townhouses. so, I looked at stage 1 again by then in June end they said all sold out. In july managed to get this lot

East estate is also called blueways Estate - Many were selling house and land packages in May/June as Blueways estate too

So the office for east estate has moved in minus the sales person - big hoardings have been put up and looks like some work has started

looks like land a lot of work has been done - they have installed lights, and road into the East estate and most of stage 1 and stage 2 are out of Bushfire zone but unfortunately one quarter of our lot length wise went into bushfire zone and all the lots starting from around 141
