Only certain companies will insure homes when they are display homes. Thanks I would have thought that this is a commercial lease between the builder and you. My experience with commercial leases is that tenant has the obligation to insure the property. Am I missing something? Tenant insures contents. And not all standard insurance companies will insure display homes (house) but there some.
