Browse Forums General Discussion Re: Excessive site costs? 122Aug 23, 2016 6:44 pm Soil Test came back saying S Class with piers recommended based on the assumption of an equal parts cut/fill due to the site slope. With the shape and positioning of the house I'd say about 2/3 of the slab will be on the fill section. Re: Excessive site costs? 127Feb 15, 2017 11:49 am Province estate highton geelong, first third of the estate, all blocks had metre high retaining walls in front of blocks, this land is all sloping and these blocks sold for 25_40 thousand more than the rest of the estate, all sold quickly and had custom homes built on which appear to be the cream of the estate, educated buyers whom knew costs do come into pricing, and of course, market pricings comes into it. The stone retaining walls seemed to make buyers willing to pay more. How good is Simeon?! Always taking time to help others out! Wish we were building in NSW and could work together. Thanks for all that you do! 7 6515 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 12981 Is anyone building with Mojo and have a recent site cost tender 0 15906 |
