Halfway mark?

What would be considered the halfway point for a two storey project home with a contract 40 week build (including 3 wk Xmas shut down)?

We are at about the halfway point time wise, and we have completed frames, facia and gutter. That's it. Hopefully roof later this week.

My SS won't give it to me straight regarding:

-how far behind we are
-whether there's any hope of meeting PCI date, and
-when we can now reasonably expect it to be completed

I'd say half way would be just past lock up. Probably locked up and plastered as the fixing stage and completion seem to drag on.
Your build seems a long way behind and to basically be at frame stage after 20 weeks is poor, but in saying that, it is possible to have the build completed over the next 20 weeks.

I'd request a site meeting with your SS and their supervisor to have a clear time line going forward - and so someone further up the chain is aware of what's going on.
