Browse Forums General Discussion 1 May 06, 2016 6:29 pm We are planning to build a house in SouthEast Suburb. We've already owned a land and the land will be settled down on June, hopefully!!! Now we are looking for a good reasonable builder. We talked with two builders Ashford and Ranshe. Ranshe has given a better quote rather than Ashford. The price is really under our budget for Ranshe. And the personnel from Ranshe is really a good guy. But the problem is there is no review for Ranshe. So we don't have any idea about this builder. Is anyone here who build a house with Ranshe? Are their construction work better? Do they hand over the house within the timeline or do they delay? Is the communication better from their end? It would be a great help if anyone knows this things. I have few friends who have built with them. Most of them are satisfied with their houses. As I know they normally build the house within the time frame. I'm keen to know any reviews as well on Ranshe Homes. Re: Did anyone build with Ranshe Home builder in Victoria 4Aug 02, 2017 8:17 pm tisti We are planning to build a house in SouthEast Suburb. TIA TISTI Hi Tisti, We are planning to build with Ranshe homes. Did you build your home with them? How was your building experience? Can you please share. Thanks Re: Did anyone build with Ranshe Home builder in Victoria 5Aug 02, 2017 8:20 pm AACJ Hi there, I'm building with Ranshe but our construction is still going on. Re: Did anyone build with Ranshe Home builder in Victoria 6Apr 18, 2020 1:35 pm I built my first home with Ranshe back in 2011. After 9 years of that experience now i am building my second home with them in Clyde. The quality of my current house is exceptional. I didn’t want to spend too much on the house as it was me and my wife’s very first home but the quality of the house i got from Ranshe was beyond our expectations. I never had any issues with the current house for the past 9 years. This was the main reason for us to choose Ranshe again for our dream home (double story house) .I got cheaper quotes from other main builders but even-though the price was bit higher i still chose Dhammika over them because of the service and assurance i had about the quality of the build. We upgraded the house and Dhammika was very professional and helpful each step of the way. House is in its lockup stage at the moment and i have been monitoring the progress closely. They have used the products and suppliers they promised to use so far and i am very happy with what i am seeing so far. I look forward to completion of the build and will be updating this review after that. All i have to say is that Ranshe delivers as they promise and the quality of their homes are exceptional.
