They are not a national builder so do not have an office in Victoria. Do you think a builder would be interested in selling the design, engineering & quantity surveying information for that floorplan so i could present to a local builder? We'd still like to make a few changes to it so i'm not sure on the whole 10% thing. Would they partner up with a local builder? Thanks.
