Browse Forums General Discussion Re: How to get the land you want in a estate 14Feb 15, 2017 10:43 am I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty with obtaining land in your area. If you are purchasing land direct from the developer you should be notified of the day and time of the land release to which you are given a period of time to research your lots before buying. When the sale opens you are then notified again with instructions on how to buy. For us here at Emerald Hills should you be successful in your lot selection you are then invited to come in commence paperwork and it is only then when you have been successful in your lot selection that we require the $1000 deposit. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance feel free to contact us.
