B&D garage roller door service

Just approaching the two year mark for my home, and today I noticed the garage door beeping and the light flashing. Referred to the owners manual and this indicates a service is required. Contacted the local B&D supplier and they quotes $195 for a service call (regardless if it's 5 mins or an hour). Door seem fine, so is there a code to reset the counter? I assume this is all that is required or should I just cough up the service call and make sure everything else is ok?

if you cycle the door 30 times the service reminder will reset
back to another 3000 cycles
